In need of 4-5 people to drive around Houston (greater area) and locate abandoned, worn down, in need of rehab, for sale by owner homes. Just need address and if able please provide owner information such as phone number or name. This is a COMMISSION based position. For every house you locate that is closed on we will cut you a check for $1,000. Therefore it is in your best interest to locate ONE good lead of an owner that is interested and willing to sell his home rather than 100 bad leads. (This is how you make the most money) This is all based on how hard you work, there are no hours there are no min. requirements just drive and look for potential target houses.
