Requirements: -Maintain a positive, welcoming, and inviting space for Open House activities -Welcome and greet visitors, and provide property brochures (no selling involved) -Have visitors complete registration papers properly to communicate with Luxury Homes Realty associates -Gather property brochures/information to provide visitors -Position open house signs in proper locations, answer phones to deliver directions to property locations Qualifications: -Team player with a positive, upbeat, energetic can-do attitude -Strong written and oral communication (Fluent Spanish speaker is a plus) -Organized, punctual, and strong time management skills -Have the ability to climb stairs throughout property locations -Communicate via cell phone to coordinate with Luxury Homes Realty team -Customer service and ability to interact with guests
