Beer Sensory Training and Off Flavor Training Develop your beer knowledge. Familiarization with common beer off flavors is an important key of beer education. Learn the basics of tasting beer, off flavors that arise in beer, and how to identify them. Test your senses with a blind tasting! Advanced Cicerone®️ Charlie Perez will host this interactive workshop. We’ll go over fifteen (15) off flavors (8 common + 7 unique). This is a good opportunity to learn more about beer and sharpen your senses. Geared toward professional beer industry members, home-brewers, and beer enthusiasts. Afterwards, enjoy a pour of GameCraft Brewing beer while mingling with the class. Participants must be of legal drinking age to attend.
