(option to order wines you sample after class) What Is a Vision Board? - A vision board is a tool used to help clarify, concentrate and maintain focus on a specific life goal. Literally, a vision board is any sort of board on which you display images that represent whatever you want to be, do or have in your life. What is the point? Simply put, we humans tend to be a very busy species and constantly bombarded by distractions. Making use of vision boards serves several purposes, some of which include helping you to: Identify your vision and give it clarity. Reinforce your daily affirmations. Keep your attention on your intentions. What to Expect - Expect to interact with an intimate group of goal-oriented​ people. Our goal is to encourage and hold each other accountable for what we say we want to manifest in our personal lives in 2021. What Do I bring? - We will supply boards, magazines, glue,​ and scissors but we highly encourage you to bring your own images or quotes that are powerful for you. No one Vision Board is alike, so feel free to get CREATIVE! Ditch the poster board for a canvas or frame your poster board...do whatever you feel is right for you. What's the Cost? - $45 $40 for Metta Unlimited Members Light refreshments and Wine Tasting Included bring a yoga mat and something comfortable to sit on as we will be working on the floor to work on our vision boards.
