Public Meditation @ One River Zen We're hosting a public meditation session Saturday, January 22nd @ 9A. No matter what your experience level with meditation or mindfulness is, all are welcome! Zen Buddhist Priest Michael Brunner will be on hand to answer any questions and help you get started. One River Zen is dedicated to empowering all to open to life fully by embodying the wisdom and compassion of the Buddha through the practices of mindfulness and meditation.
