Kundalini works to “uncoil the snake”(In early Eastern religion, it was believed that divine energy was created at the base of the spine) and connect us to this divine energy within. This event will include breathwork, mantras to activate your voice, and movement! My personal guarantee is that you won't walk out of this class feeling the same way you did when you walked in!!
