What to expect: Through sound Kyle will bathe you in sacred sounds from multiple instruments to help silence the mind, melting away boundaries between being awake and being asleep. The rhythmic sound oscillations facilitate the movement of energy through the body to deliver a deep energetic reboot of the nervous system. Annie will help us prepare for our evening with a guided meditation settling you into a cosy space to receive her hands on energy healing- Integrated Energy Therapy (aka IET) helping you to release, heal and harmonize on all levels.
