A few hours of help needed

Hello, I have a back injury I'm healing from(sorry, I have no pain medication) and could use a little help. I have a 55gallon fishtank I need carried downstairs to the trash, regular trash as well. Laundry carried to the basement and back up. (I'm on a 5lb lift limit) I can wash, fold and hang it myself. And help with some minor cleaning, my bathtub (I just can't bend over) hang a few hook for curtains and help assembling an inversion table. I can compensate you 20 an hour for your time. Thank you!
