We've planned a delicious menu for you to indulge your heart out, featuring a gourmet Tasting Plate Trio and Three-Course Dinner. Hewitt Oaks is just five minutes from Palmetto Bluff, surrounded by sweeping Lowcountry views and graceful moss-laden oaks. Soak in the elegant ambiance of Gracie Ballroom as you enjoy this mouthwatering dinner. THE MENU Beginning - Sparkling Cocktail upon arrival with Amuse Bouche First Course - Choice of: Crab Bisque OR Fried Green Tomato BLT Salad Main Course: Dual Entree: Cocoa Encrusted Filet of Beef with Cabernet Demi & Blackened Scallop Alfredo Whipped Potatoes and Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts Complimentary wine pairings with dinner, beer available on request Dessert: Chocolate Bliss Dessert Trio: Chocolate Creme Brulee, Cheesecake Stuffed Chocolate Dipped Strawberry, and Chocolate Amaretto Liquid Truffle THE DETAILS We have socially-distanced indoor tables for 2, 4, 6, or 8 — so you can enjoy an intimate evening with your significant other or come with a group of friends! Choose from a reservation time of 6pm or 8pm. Cost is $189 per couple, tax and gratuity not included. 21 and over only. Tickets are non-refundable. The event will be held in Gracie Ballroom, a spacious, double-height event space equipped with an HVAC sterilization system. Space is limited to allow for extra distance between each table. MEET THE CHEFS Christopher Hewitt is the Executive Chef of Southern Graces. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park, NY. and has extraordinary talent and experience. Christopher worked with Bobby Flay for 12 years, claimed an Iron Chef Victory, prepared dinner for Julia Child, and has earned many other awards and accolades, including Bluffton Today's 2021 Best Chef in Bluffton. He's an expert at taking everyday favorites and turning them into an extraordinary culinary experience! Bethany Hewitt founded Southern Graces in 2002 and is also a trained Chef. She works with high-end clients to design, plan, and execute extraordinary events, like the reception for The Lord Bishop of London, the CMT Awards, and the launch of Porsche 911. Bethany loves sharing her passion for food and design. You can count on it being a fabulous event whenever she's involved!
