Grab the kids and join a Refuge ranger for our version of the “Wildlife Olympics”. *All CDC guidelines will be enforced including social distancing, and when that's not possible, wearing a mask. Event Details: Who said exercise couldn’t be fun and educational? Grab the kids and join a Refuge ranger for our “Wildlife Olympics” games. Together, you will jump as far as a Bobcat, run as fast as a Florida Panther, squat while you learn about butterfly lifecycles, and more.No equipment is required, just yourself and your willingness to move while you learn about wildlife. Program spans one-hour is an open to all ages and abilities.Meet at the flagpole in front of the Visitor & Education Center by 2:50 p.m. to confirm your attendance. If you don't arrive by this time, your spot may be given to someone else. This tour is limited to 10 individuals and signs-ups are required.Additional Details: We suggest that you bring water, bug spray, a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, and anything else you may need to ensure your protection from Florida's climate.
