1 block north of the 101 Diner, on the corner of W. Cedar Street and 4th Avenue - a blue pick up truck and assorted other vehicles coming and going at all hours. The green house at the corner of W. Spruce and 4th avenue #405. surrounded by garbage, wrecked cars/auto parts, used syringes, other debris. If you care about the community, please feel free to help drive these criminals out. Be creative? we need the help. We have tried for about 2 years, but it is only getting worse. We need good people to help us here. Thank you in advance.
