Generation Church 2022 Symposium Series:The Great Resignation isn’t likely to come to an abrupt end when so much has changed with how and where people work. Money alone won’t stop employees from looking elsewhere. Organizations are realizing that the key is to focus on the company’s broader ecosystem. This includes purpose, culture and experience, inclusion, employee wellbeing and mental health, and employee relationships with management. This is why we’ve created a series of five, 1-day symposiums: To cover essential leadership skills to sustain that ecosystem and help you win the race for talent, ultimately preventing employee burnout and resulting turnover. Regardless of your experience, these high-value, low-cost symposiums provide the solid skills and supervisory "how-tos" you need to influence, lead and work well with others. Attend just one or plan out your entire year of growth by signing up to attend them all! NEW! SCI Leadership Certification: Keep scrolling to learn how you can earn 3 credits toward your SCI Leadership Certification by attending this symposium! Happy, healthy people are happy, healthy workers — and our mental health is an extremely important part of our productivity. Why mental health and wellness? A manager’s role in supporting employee wellbeing will continue to be crucial long after the pandemic — and it has a BIG impact on their teams. According to DDI, a global leadership consulting firm, organizations where senior leaders and managers demonstrate both emotional intelligence and that they care about wellbeing are 2.3x better prepared to prevent employee burnout and resulting turnover. By developing emotional intelligence in your leaders, you are providing a roadmap for their success and the success of their team. In this interactive training, Bonnie will share tools and techniques leaders can use to build psychologically safe workplaces and mentally healthy, productive teams. What will attendees learn? Attendees will walk away with tools to: Develop key emotional intelligence (EI) competencies that create a psychologically safe work culture.Adopt an empathetic (yet resilient) mindset when faced with negative employees and a stressful work environment.Destigmatize talking about mental health in the workplace.Help leaders and employees get on the path to overall mental wellness.Implement five EI-based strategies to build a cohesive, professional workplace culture.Who is leading this symposium?
