An evening of powerful ideas and priceless connections: TEDxAnchorage lands at the Loussac Library on March 19th, 2022. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At TEDxAnchorage 2022, TED talk videos and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The event will feature presentations surrounding our inaugural theme: You Don’t Know What You Don’t Know. Co-headlining the event are eleven influential figures from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines, including Alaska alumni involved in tech, renewable energy, and professional athletics. Your ticket grants you access to 10 thought-provoking presentations and a reception packed with food, beverages, and high-profile networking opportunities. TEDxAnchorage is landing at the Loussac Library on March 19, 2022. Our team of dedicated volunteers is confident this event will be one to remember, unlike any our state has experienced in the past. Per TEDx guidelines, ticket sales are capped to 100 guests. Some may view this as a limitation, but we believe this will serve as an advantage; not only in adding an element of exclusivity, but also in ensuring that we’re attracting the right type of audience.
