Ryan Davis, UVM's star forward and reigning America East Player of the Year, has made the Lou Henson Player of the Year Watch List. Davis is currently shooting over 52% from the field and averaging a team-best 17.1 points per game. (WPTZ)A Vermont man convicted of murdering his wife in 1994 could soon strike a deal that gets him out of prison. Gregory Fitzgerald was found guilty in the death of Amy Fitzgerald, a former Army captain and UVM graduate student, and sentenced to life in prison without parole. However, defense attorneys uncovered a plea deal that was offered before the initial trial — one that offers the possibility of parole — which Gregory was reportedly not aware of.
