I am needing a local handy person. Will train. Part to full time. This is a 18 unit apartment complex in Grinnell. We need a person to clean, paint and turn vacant units. It would be nice if you know how to change a light fixture or repair a toilette and have tools. However if you are hard working and reliable we will train. Minimum: You must have a good cell phone and take pictures which you will send along with your hours daily. Seeking a local person. Starting wage without tools 20.00.
