Small Home Repair/Remodeling Co looking for valuable employees. Please read full ad and submit application with requested information at bottom via email to be considered. About you: You can be of any trade background, but must be willing to learn new skills in order to tackle different types of service requests. Prioritizing someone with experience in maintenance/repairs, carpenter, or paint/drywall. You should have your own transportation, tools specific to your trade, and a solid work ethic. Experience, tools, attitude, ethic, ect all will translate into pay. About us: We're a small business specializing in home repairs, apartment, single family, and multi family maintenance, inspection reports, move in and move out punchlists, "honey do lists", and general carpentry work. We work throughout the Triangle and some outlying areas, Raleigh, Durham, chapel hill, Hillsborough, Morrisville, apex, Cary, Holly Springs, fuquay varina, sanford, fayetteville, pinehurst, benson/erwin/Dunn, garner, Clayton, zebulon, knightdale + wake forest are some of the areas we service. We have a high concentration of projects in the raleigh/cary/durham areas. Most work will be logistically tailored to make sense per your location, but occasionally there will be outlying work. You'll be expected to have your own transportation to and from work/job(s). Sometimes we will be teamed up on one site tackling larger projects together, and other times we are out handling individual service calls such as running toilets, drywall repairs, ect. Some of the projects we do- Window + Porch screens, Faucets, sinks + drains, toilets, Light fixtures, switches and outlets, Minor roof repairs Make readies, Inspection reports + punchlists Rot repairs Flooring Drywall + paint General carpentry *Decks, screened porches, windows + doors, interior + exterior trim, this list goes on* General handiwork (Blinds, curtains, hanging pictures, smoke detectors, towel bars, tp holders, mirrors, minor leaks, ect).
