Two pitbull/boxer puppies

I have two 3 month old pitbull/boxer puppies. Both female. They Know their names, Lilly is the gray and white and Luna is the black and white, and are mostly potty trained. Good puppies that I’ve fostered for a friend but she is unable to take them back and I do not have the room to keep them as I already have two large dogs. Would prefer to not separate as they are from same litter. But need gone ASAP. 25$ Rehoming fee a piece just to pay for food! Thank you!
