Need a new home for my sweet dog

I am in desperate need to find a new home for my sweet girl Canela before Tuesday. I adopted her a week ago from the Humane Society they do not have room to take her bag she is housetrained leash trained sweet and loving but she cannot be around other pets and she does not like to be crated. She is good with kids but needs a house with a yard and I live in an apartment and it’s just not suitable for her. She is fully vaccinated I have all of her shot records she is a medium size dog full grown six years old 43 pounds
