Dining room table & Sectional couch

Hi there! My family and I are moving and are downsizing our furniture. I bought the couch and the dining room table in October 2019 from Ashley Furniture. On the dining room table, there is a white ring spot where my son’s drink stained the table. On the couch, my dog had chewed the arm rest on one side. Other than these 2 issues, they are in great condition. I’m asking $250 for the dining room table & I'm asking $350 for the couch. I cannot deliver, it would have to be picked up.
