RJA Clean LLC DBA Stratus Building Solutions unit franchise is hiring a flexible part-time/full-time employee. Wanting to have the right individual take on supervisory role. (will grow to full-time as we bring on new accounts) We are looking for a Janitor, or Custodian, to take care of various buildings and carry out cleaning duties to ensure compliance with covid-safety standards and must maintain great customer service. The goal is to keep our customers happy by being punctual, customer service oriented, and adhere to company cleaning techniques and policy’s. Responsibilities: •Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.) •Stock and maintain supply rooms •Cooperate with the rest of the staff •Follow all health and safety regulations Preferred qualifications: •Proven working experience as a Janitor/customer service/or retail employee (willing to train the right individual) •Ability to handle heavy cleaning equipment •Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies •Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets •Integrity and ability to work independently, with a team, or without supervision •High school diploma / High school equivalency •Must have reliable transportation •Prefer individuals that live local as we try to keep our accounts close (15 to 20 miles) Training / pay Will do on the job training with the right individual.
