Skilled handyman needed for a home renovation project the week of January 17th - 23rd. Must be able to complete high quality work and have your own transportation. Basic tools are necessary. You would be working with a crew of three to four other people. The property is located in Carrick. Typical responsibilities include: Painting Molding/trim Replacing switches, outlets, light fixtures and breakers Install toilets, sinks, faucets and fixtures Light drywall repair Light roofing work (flat roof) Concrete patching Some light cleaning and groundskeeping We provide all materials.
