My white dodge white grand caravan was stolen last night license plate is zxc561 Oregon plates if anyone knows about it please let me know also the person who stole it he is deaf and can’t speak do not trust him at all his name is Kevyn Rodriguez he steals and uses drugs he is not to be trusted if u see it please call cops about my van thank u the person in the picture is Kevyn do not allow him near anything of yours he can’t be trusted
