Looking for a part-time housekeeper and household assistant to help our home stay organized. We are a household of 4 adults (2 working professionals + 2 disabled seniors) who need support with general home duties during evenings and weekends. We are looking for someone to help with deep cleaning, organizing storage areas in the home/garage, cooking, ironing, folding/putting away laundry, watering plants, sweeping the patio, and running miscellaneous errands. It would be great to find someone who is VERY organized to help clean up our garage and other storage areas inside the home. We would appreciate someone who can keep track of household inventory, check the fridge to make sure everything is properly stocked/not expired, and make shopping lists before things run out. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, a hard worker who takes pride in their work, and can clean efficiently. We prefer a Spanish speaker, but it's not mandatory. Location: * Private home in Bellflower near Rosecrans/Woodruff Pay: * starts at $15/hour (DOE) * CASH paid weekly Flexible Schedule: * 2-3 days per week * We are flexible with the schedule * Saturday or Sunday: 10am - 2pm * 1 or 2 weekdays: 4pm - 8pm Job duties: * Keep the house organized * Deep cleaning * Cook * Fold/put away laundry * Iron clothes * Water plants * Sweep the patio * Run miscellaneous errands
