Why do people volunteer with the Danbury Westerners Baseball Club? We are an all-volunteer non-profit organization bringing summer college baseball to the Danbury area since 1995. Volunteering brings a person many benefits. It gets you out of the house. It helps you make new friends. It gives you that good feeling you get when you help others. We have many ways you can use your skills. - In June and July as a game night volunteer - As your schedule permits work on our Celebrity Breakfast and Golf fundraisers. - Year round in an executive capacity such as treasurer, running the intern program, etc. You can commit to do a little or a lot. We are active 12 months a year.
