Currently recruiting individuals of all skill types in/around the Charlotte, NC region to aid in establishing and/or supporting generator deployment sites in the area. These sites will house telecom crews as they work around the clock to restore power to telecommunication towers that have been affected by natural disasters/storms. All hires -Ability/willingness to work in the elements when necessary & safe to do so -Straight-pay/Contract Work (overtime/time and a half not offered) -Culture and Work Environment is extremely important to us - effective disaster response requires allied cooperation and mutual respect for works of all skill levels. REQUIREMENTS: -Valid Driver's License for Registration Process -Reliable Source of Transportation to (& from) Deployment Yard/Site. (Fuel reimbursement is available with proper receipt management/submission while actively deployed.) -Ability to remain focused while working efficiently in potentially a stressful/ever-changing environment. Like the weather, disaster/storm recovery work is extremely fluid, and at times, unpredictable.
