Free cat tree. It has definitely been used but is in decent condition and still very useable. I have not cleaned it since I am giving it away for free but that can be done easily. Our cats are still happy with it but Santa brought them a new one this year so your cats can have the chance with this one! It is approx 57” H x 24” D x 27” W. These dimensions include any layers that are sticking out beyond the base. Email if interested, must pick up though.
