PT handyman needed for prop mgmt company

We are a property management company with about 240 units, seeking a part time (1099) helper with experience in rental rehabs to assist us in maintaining rental units for tenants. A majority of our buildings are single family homes in and around German Village; but we also have several properties as far west as Hilliard, as far north as Westerville, as far east as Pataskala, and south in Groveport. You must have reliable transportation, your own tools (you can't be very skilled if you don't own tools...). Most or our work involves readying units for new residents (carpentry, but mostly painting, drywall, etc.); rest of the time, you'll be responding to tenant maintenance requests This is a part-time job with flexible hours, but you must be reliable, dependable, and honest.
