Paint- $2700 includes drywall prep, cabinets, repaint house (4 bed, 2 1/2 bath)
Flooring - $1800 includes installing shoe and transitions (1500 sq roughly)
Finishes - $1000 includes all finish work door handles, door and cabinets hardware, lights, toilets, supply lines beauty rings etc.
