Need to rehome our dog

I am so conflicted and my heart is breaking but we are needing to re-home our dog due to health issues. He’s an amstaff and he’s about 3yrs old. He is a good dog, he does need some training. we took him in hoping to work with him but due to health issues we can no longer help him. When we got him he was strictly an outside dog & he was tied up outside & didn’t even know how to ride in a car! He is now crate trained, knows how to sit, lay down, shake & high five, he’s also house broken and sleeps inside. We think he has separation anxiety. He has some issues with adults but he loves children and gets along with our little dogs & our cats. Please please only someone truly only interested in helping him be his best, he has potential to be a great dog & companion, he needs someone that is willing to give him lots of love and training that he needs!
