Experience & Skills: Construction (2 years preferred) Customer Service (2 years preferred) Job Description: We are looking for an entry level glazier to join our team. We prefer that applicants have experience in handling glass products. We offer onsite training and tools, competitive compensation, and room to grow within the business. We are actively looking for a hard-working, reliable individual to support our team in the Northern Colorado area. Roles & Responsibilities: Load required job materials to the installation vehicle. Upon arrival at our customer's home, clarify, along with any other installers, the work to be completed. Verify the location and install all products and services included in the work order. Take care of the customer's home, ensuring we leave it cleaner than when we found it. Close out the installation by walking our customer through the care and maintenance of products. Walk them through the warranty. Let them know how to contact us if they ever need service or have additional questions. Communicate issues with Crew Lead/Project Manager as soon as they arise. Qualifications & Educational requirements: Candidates must be physically capable of performing work, in good health, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted. All candidates must pass initial background check and drug test. Candidates must possess a valid license to drive, and a clean DMV record. One year residential glass installation experience (preferred), but we will train the right person. Preferred Skills: Residential glass replacement including single/double pane door glass. Effective troubleshooting skills. Effective verbal/written communications skills. Hardworking, motivated, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
