Looking for other like-minded musician(s) to start a band, prefer mostly originals but love doing covers too. I CANNOT sing; I'm mostly looking for a singer/songwriter/guitar to get things started. I started on the guitar and writing songs, then began playing drums. I love both. Influences are anything rock, hard rock, punk, space rock, acoustic rock, geek rock, alternative, etc... I'm 40, moved here from CA 4 years ago. I've been playing, writing, recording, performing since I was 16... HABITS: time is valuable, I like to be productive during practice, not into weed but nothing against it. I drink socially. I'm pretty chill and just wanna play again. Past bands have been on tv, radio, opened for Trapt… but DON'T mistake me for professional. I'm more into the playing, writing, performing music, and working together with other creatives than anything else. I'm a dad with 2 young kiddos and taking life as it comes. I make practice a priority and expect to practice at least once or twice a week and eventually have enough songs to start gigging. I have the same nights available every week so we can be pretty consistent with rehearsal days. I have an acoustic and electric drumset. Same with my guitars. Looking forward to hearing from you!
