Our company is based out of Post Falls and we work around North Idaho mostly but sometimes have projects in EWA as well. We really strive to always deliver on what we say and build a team with people who care - care about the company and have a company that cares about them and your future. People who care about work ethic, integrity, family, and our country. We are looking for to add another framing group to our company. Our pay structure is a fair hourly pay plus profit sharing for the lead and bonuses for the crew as well. The business model we offer is for long term and for those looking to build and grow with our team. Work includes mostly - framing homes - custom and track - we also like to change it up a little so we also may have you do pole buildings, decks, and more.
