Our kitchen has an existing single pendant light fixture - we'd like for this to be removed and (4) new recessed light fixtures to be installed. We'd like to keep the demo of the gwb ceiling to a minimum, but still do what's needed to complete the job. Please see the photo of the existing kitchen space. You would not need to patch the ceiling afterwards, we're putting a new layer of gwb over the existing ceilings in our next project.
