Looking for skilled carpenter to fix a section of missing porch

I need someone to help with Closing up the front and sides of my house where the porch was taken off. There is water leaking into the living room and I would like this fixed as soon as possible. I have $1500-$1800 for the job. I need it weather proofed. I need the plywood to be used to cover it after that. Then Tyvek paper covering placed over all the rest.
