Wanted..Singers/keyboards for 70's soft rock band

We posted an ad here prior for a 70's soft rock STARTUP band. We have had good responses. We still need capable quality singers and keyboard players who won't flake out. We are looking for easy going personalities after all we have to actually WORK TOGETHER. We are not interested in receiving a list of someone's personal songs they already know. Please read this carefully as reading Is fundamental. We will not be doing 60's and 50's songs and the usual fare/standards. This "Band" is NOT a "project"...it is a band. Project is another word for im not dedicated and want to dump this when I think the quickest money maker will come to me. Dedication and "loyalty" is key here no one wants to work hard and get screwed in the end over a flip flop. Please respond if you are serious about putting together a successful band. The goal here is to play better venues and not dumps for good money. Our songs consist of bands like Bread, Ace, Ambrosia, America, Gino Vanelli Sherrif, etc...thats what 70's soft rock is...and also some 80's songs as well that fit with appropriate rockers added in to the mix...Thank you!.
