Real estate investment company seeks reliable field support person to place signs advertising our business. Other responsibilities will include writing down addresses of houses that look in need of proper care, and for rent by owner signs. Candidates should have reliable transportation as this is job requires driving around town. Candidates should be willing to place magnetic signs advertising our business on their vehicle as well. You are paid an hourly wage as follows 1st 30 days: $15/hr 2nd 30 days: $16/hr Thereafter: $17/hr Bonus payment $250 bonus per deal that we are able to close resulting from your sign placements. Initially the job will start at 5 hours per day, with the option to rise to full time if the candidate desires it.
