Someone please help fix my old pickup

Looking for an individual who will provide mechanic labor on a 1978 Ford F-150 4x4 truck  in exchange for a temporary place to stay in a three bedroom home that is 1 1/2 miles outside of town. Individual will provide all necessary labor to get my pickup on the road which will include removing old 460 engine and putting in a new 460 engine and other necessary items too as an end result to have my vehicle rebuilt and in good running order. This this is in exchange for their own bedroom and a shared kitchen front room shower hot tub and amenities in my home. This could take anywhere from 3 to 6 months to complete individual should come take a look have to pick up to see what they're getting into and to see what I offer also so I can personally talk to them before moving them into my home. This is an exchange only agreement Please no alcohol I do not drink and I do not want any alcohol in my home but I am 420 friendly and tobacco is okay as well.
