Big Stucco repair needed ASAP $1500

Please see pics to understand what we need...there are bulges in this stucco...it needs to be taken off and re-stuccoed in that area only...it looks to be about 8x8 or 10x10...it is wood underneath and about 10 feet up the side of the building...per the engineer that stucco needs to be removed and new stucco affixed to the structure correctly to pass inspection...no repainting, just repair the failed stucco...here are the terms: Job must be done by Monday it must be done to code clean up any mess it must pass inspection payment in cash, cashapp, zelle Please text me at 727-678-2701...no calls...I will give you the address to see the job...it is on Union street in Clearwater
