Remove ceiling/expose rafters & joists

**Need an itemized estimate** Looking for handy person or team to: 1) remove the existing ceiling on approximately 450 sq ft of home, clean joists/rafters/beams. 2) after ceiling is removed, how much to install new ceiling fans and/or lighting in the rooms and organize existing wiring into ducts. I will provide the fixtures. 3) remove old vinyl tiles and Install new LVP flooring throughout approximately 1000 sq feet. I’ll provide the planks. 4) replace 7 windows - may need to repair walls framing windows. I’ll replace the windows. Before coming out to view and measure job, I first need a ballpark estimate of the job and how you bill, take payment and approximately how long it might take per separate job. Thank you!
