Remove ceiling/replace lighting/install flooring & windows

** Need preliminary ballpark, itemized estimates for each separate job ** 1) Remove old lowered ceiling (tiles, I think) to expose rafters/joists. Clean up existing exposed boards 2) after ceiling removed, install ceiling fan, new lighting and organize exposed wires into conduit. I will provide fixtures. You may need to run new wiring to replace exposed wires (this is preferred). 3) remove old vinyl tiles and replace flooring with plank (LVP). I will provide plank. 4) replace approximately 5 windows and repair framing around new windows where needed.
