JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES PUKALANI COUNTRY CLUB Job Title: Greens Mower Shift Day and Time: Works all weekends and designated holidays from 4:30A-8:30A Job Overview: Operate specialty mower for cutting the greens Supervision: Position reports directly to the Golf Course Maintenance Superintendent. General Duties/Functions: Clock in and out with your time card. Mows all greens with a motorized mower. Working Conditions: Be physically able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions and under different lighting conditions. The job requires lifting of 50 pounds or more. Equipment Used: Greens mower Other Materials Used: Position may be exposed to gasoline, lubricants, and other solvents. Mental Demands: Requires working under general supervision and the ability to work independently under a constant changing environment. Physical Demands: Must be able to operate a golf cart and other equipment in a safe manner. Must be able to operate a computer laptop to access the daily tee sheet. Normal vision and hearing ranges required. Must be able to fluently speak and write the English language. Qualification Requirements: Skills/Knowledge/Attributes: Possess general knowledge of golf course rules, regulations and play. Excellent oral communication and customer service skills. Enthusiastic and outgoing personality. Organized and able to work in a busy environment where the priorities are changing. Education/Training: High school education. Have a valid drivers' license.
