Duties/Responsibilities include: Help in repairing, maintaining, fire alarm and electrical systems in commercial buildings as well as assist with new buildouts and installations Perform general handyman work Ability to problem solve and multi-task. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but also a team player. Knowledge of all types of building trades is a plus.
