Description

"Planting Our Intentions" is a day of manifesting, visioning, intention setting, mindfulness, community, and beauty. Brown Goddess Collective is kicking off the new year with a Botanical Garden Goddess Gathering. "Planting Our Intentions" Imagine a day in Fairchild Tropical Botanical Garden in Coral Gables, FL, where you will embark on a day of manifesting, visioning, intention setting, mindfulness, community, and beauty. You cannot manifest or create from a crowded, hectic, or stressed-out mindset. Even if you have all of the tools and knowledge; if you don’t have the adequate space, time, or guidance you will not be in the right mindset to envision your next-level life. Despite the stresses of modern-day-pandemic life you have a desire to grow and thrive – and sis, you deserve that! This will be a specially curated mini-retreat day that will include yoga, breathwork, and meditation, intuitive eating, circle, and connection activities. Our schedule will be loosely like this: 10a - Meet up and check-in 10:30a - Opening grounding and garden walk 11a - 12p - Yoga (Led by Lisa D. @ldavenport10) 12p - 12:30p - Meditation (Led by Shanté @inspirationbyshante) 12:30p - 1:30p: Lunch & Intuitive eating (Led by Yesenia B.@myxxfly) 1:30p - 2:30p: Future Visioning & Manifesting activities 2:30p - 3:15p: Butterfly Garden experience 3:15p - 3:45p: Closing circle What to Bring: Pack a bag as if you are going to spend a full day outside at the park doing mindful work. It’s South Florida which has different ranges of hot, so please make yourself as comfortable as you need to.
