This class highlights the artistry, beauty, elegance and sensuality we are bring to our practice and movement. In this class we will combine traditional yoga asanas with sensual movement. In the style of shakti yoga which is vinyasa yoga and dance like movements mixed together. Perfect for yogis, dancers and anyone looking to discover new ways to communicate with and love your body unapologetically. We learn to move in a whole new way and practice allowing ourselves to be vulnerable in a safe space; we’re also just going to have fun together as a collective.
