Are you ready to begin your journey into the world of play therapy? Join fellow play enthusiasts as we explore the beginning of play therapy with Freud and trek into the 21st century. In addition to history and the development of play therapy theories, topics will include stages of play, setting up an inclusive playroom, selecting and arranging materials, overview of play therapy theories, basic play therapy skills, the therapeutic powers of play, and communicating with others about the importance and power of play. This course is interactive and structured to be inclusive of different learning styles.
