Get schooled in all things gnocchi with Chef Ethan Stowell and have a hand at making it with friends over light refreshments. Join local chef and restauranter Ethan Stowell and the Goldfinch Tavern culinary team for an in-person cooking experience highlighting the famed and versatile Italian pasta, Gnocchi. Chef will demonstrate the process of making three different types of gnocchi: Semolina, Goat Cheese and Potato. After the demonstration it will be time to get your hands dirty, making your very own potato gnocchi. All attendees will take their creations home to enjoy with friends or family. Light refreshments will be provided during the class. All attendees will be required to show valid proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours. Masks are required when not eating or drinking, and when not seated at your table. Event is 21+. At Four Seasons Hotel Seattle experience Five-Star service with waterfront views and a resort-in-the-city vibe. Amenities include the city's only outdoor infinity-edged pool; luxurious urban Spa; and Goldfinch Tavern, an Ethan Stowell Restaurant.
