Looking for people to start a band

Hello, I just moved to Corvallis, I'm a sophomore at OSU, and I'm looking to form a band. I play primarily keyboard/synthesizers and saxophone, and a little guitar. So far we have a guitarist, and we need a: Bass Player Drummer (Jazz background ideal) Vocalist As far as music, I'd like to make indie rock/alternative/synthpop oriented music. Ideally I'd like to write originals and perform live, but I'm also down to do covers as well. Here are some bands that I'm inspired by and like: The Smiths The Cure New Order Part Time Jamiroquai The Beach Boys Miami Horror Steely Dan The Smashing Pumpkins George Clanton Sad Lovers & Giants Wild Nothing John Maus Ariel Pink Blink 182 Todd Rundgren Japanese City Pop in general If you want to make music and vibe with those bands, don't hesitate to reach out! I'm looking for people who go to OSU or who are in a similar age range.
