An event that will challenge you to perform physically and mentally while being introduced to H-hour principles by our coaching staff. This is not your average walk on the beach.H-hour will provide participants the opportunity to engage in mental and physical activities starting at daybreak. Participants will be engaging in a series of individual and collaborative efforts to explore leadership principles. Our goals are to use physical activities designed for each individual's fitness level as a catalyst to help reduce daily stress, improve relationships and enhance overall quality of life. We use the natural effects of the beach setting to open new doors for potential growth. Our belief is that you need to create or respond to critical moments in life. H-hour whole-heartedly believes that mental and physical activity when used appropriately in combination can generate meaningful conversations that can leave a lasting impression. June 12, 2022 0500: Arrive /Sign waivers 0510: Movement to beach 0930: Movement to parking lot 1000-1200: Celebratory breakfast/Discussion There will be an optional pre-call to meet your coaches and other participants sent via registration email. Feel free to send us any questions you may have prior to registration. The address for the after event breakfast will be emailed, along with a packing list. Fitness Concerns: We accept all fitness levels, however we do ask that you provide us with any nagging injuries, or concerns prior to the start of the event for programming purposes. *There is no running in this event. About the Facilitators:Vince holds a Master of Arts in Counseling, is pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Organizational Leadership, is a Bush Scholar and CF Level 1 instructor. Mary is a teacher in Stafford NJ, earned her Masters in Education at Stockton University, and is a ASFA Certified Group Fitness, Bootcamp, and HIIT Instructor.
