Yet around the new millennium, Irish Whiskey began a revival of extraordinary scope - from just four remaining distilleries to nearly three dozen today. It’s year-on-year growth continues to impress as the category expands to include many new brands and styles. In this class, you will learn all about this diverse and growing world of Irish Whiskey and taste many different examples, both of classic Irish styles and innovative new ones. With Evan Christie at the helm, prepare to learn some history, some production science, and a whole lot about flavors. Join us to taste these gems of whiskies from the Emerald Isle!
