If you are looking for a class that is compact and comprehensive childbirth that you can fit into your busy schedule, look no further. We are live in-person now with this class, if you would like to join via zoom, please let me know and I will accomidate you. This is a 'baby bootcamp' class, we will cover all the basic's, learn comfort measures, and what to expect in one 6-7 hour class. With the purchase of this class you will receive a physical copy of the Knit Together Childbirth booklet to review as you wish. Each ticket is for you and one support person, (husband, or partner). Any additional people will need to puchase their own ticket. In this class, we will cover what to expect during labor and birth. You will learn comfort and coping techniques that will assist you and your partner to be confident and calm as you welcome your new little one into your family. We will have a break for lunch and then return for the final 2.5 hours of class
